National Work Camp Comes to Idaho!!

Posted by: Jim & Amber on Mon, May 26, 2008

40 Young people are coming to work at Camp Stover.

On June 16th, 40 young people from the church brotherhood  will once again descend on Camp Wilbur Stover for a week of work.  They will be painting, clearing brush, splitting wood and generally helping get the campground ready for this years campers.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if these young people could "run a river" on their last day in Idaho?

It will cost $40 a piece to arrange a rafting trip on the Payette River.  If you could support one or two of these young  people for this adventure, please contact the church or Howard Garwick for details.

The young people pay, yes they pay, $350 for a week of work.  This covers their meals and lodging.  They also have to pay for their airfare to get here.

Please, lets show our appreciation for what they are providing for our camp.

Sponsorships are $40 per worker.  Lets try to get these young people a nice white water trip.

Sign up now to sponsor one, two......
