 Posted by: Jim & Amber on Fri, Jul 25, 2008 Join us on August 3 to celebrate 300 years. On August 3rd, we will celebrate 300 years of the Brethren Church. A combined worship service will be at 10:30am and we are planning several things in celebrating this occassion. A fellowship potluck lunch at 12:30, women's ministry will furnish: chicken, ham, rolls and sugar free pies (for diabetics only), a skit to entertain you involving Brethren history, a couple of old songs with their history, a DVD of people that were around in the 1980s in our old church, a vintage apparel presentation with dress from the early days, coffee mugs with the church logo will be available with a donation and a large 300th anniversary cake to be enjoyed by all.Please plan on attending this fun and informative event.
